Mr National Heritage Board
谁可以告诉我，为什么 National Heritage Board 是 Mr, and not Miss, Mrs, or Madam? This board was found outside the old Tao Nan School (was Asian Civilisations Museum before this renovation started) on Armenian Street, next to the Substation.

erm ... becoz have the MCP mentality? or they think by adding "Mr." will have a "human touch"?
thought of another possibility... maybe it is bcoz of typo error... should be M/s 吧。政府有时也会出错的哦
Let you "Mr" have the credit, never mind. We ladies do not want to associate with "heritage"!
