This is my first time watching a local Mandarin play. I was impressed by the set design and the overall acting was also quite good. I like the actress who played Fanyi... she's pretty good in Singapore Dreaming too.

welcome, chris. i don't think i'll write anything formal for publication in the newspapers. have toyed with this idea though. there are lots to write about thunderstorm, cao yu, modern chinese drama, etc. will definitely talk about these issues in my class next semester.
yes, i like yen yen's acting too. but have some reservations about singapore dreaming as a movie... well, will have to watch it again if i'm to writing something. heard on radio 1003 today that DVD will be out soon.

yinglei, 没关系，希望下会有机会还可以在圆切线的论坛上见到你。当然，也会在其他的场合，如这个星期六的《雷雨》演出见到啊。晓义的演出应该可以期待，只是想起这个角色二十年前是黄加强饰演的，就有点恍如隔世的感觉了。
